Penalties on In-game Violations

Dear Governor,

In order to maintain a fair and just game environment and protect the players’ interest and account information, we will be imposing heavy penalties on in-game violations, which includes 3rd-party top-up, fraudulent refund, private game account trading, 3rd-party game account trading, cheating or cheat selling, and any behavior that publicizes the above violations.

Potential problems caused by those violations range from top-up failure to the disclosure of players' personal information, which may further lead to identity theft, account theft, etc., seriously damaging the players' personal interests and information security.

Therefore, we sincerely warn all the players: please avoid toxic behavior that damages your interests!

If you are confirmed of violating any of the above-mentioned violations, the related account will be subject to, but not limited to, the following penalties where appropriate:
1. The items acquired illegally will be recalled;
2. Penalties such as game rights limitation, short-term/long-term account ban will be imposed in accordance with the seriousness of the violations. If the violation is severe, the related account will be banned permanently.
3. Losses caused by the aforementioned violations will not be compensated by Kingshot.

A healthy game environment requires the joint efforts of the developers and all players. All players are welcomed to report violators via our in-game customer service. We will verify your report timely and take punitive measures. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
