Dear Governor,

To provide a better gaming experience for you, we have just updated the game with the main purpose of enhancing the Expedition Skills for some Mythic Heroes to emphasize their unique traits.

Details of the skill update:

1. Enhancing Saul's ability in town growth: Merging "Construction Emergency" to "Resourceful", with the description of [Saul's efficient construction management increases Construction Speed, and his proficiency in maximizing resource utilization reduces Construction Costs.]
Skill Effects:
Construction Speed Up: 3%/6%/9%/12%/15%
Construction Cost Down: 3%/6%/9%/12%/15%

2. Enhancing Saul's ability in expeditions: Introducing new expedition skill "Taskforce Training", with the description of [As a member of the task force, Saul's unique training program is highly empowering, increasing the total Squads' Defense and Health.]
Skill Effects:
Defense Up: 2%/4%/6%/8%/10%
Health Up: 3%/6%/9%/12%/15%

3. Enhancing Amadeus' assault abilities in expeditions: Changing the effect of "Unrighteous Strike" from [Amadeus' unique swordplay grants friendly soldiers' attacks a chance of stunning enemies for 1 turn.] to [Amadeus' unique swordplay has a chance of increasing damage dealt by 50% for all squads.]
Skill Effect:
Damage Dealt Chance Up: 8%/16%/24%/32%/40%

4. Enhancing Helga's defensive abilities in expeditions: Changing "Entangle" [Grants friendly Troops' attacks a chance of stunning enemies for 1 turn.] to "Oath of Guardian" [Helga has a chance of reducing damage taken by 50% for all squads.]
Skill Effect:
Damage Taken Chance Down: 8%/16%/24%/32%/40%

5. Enhancing Jabel's defensive abilities in expeditions: Changing the effect of "Rally Flag" from [Jabel's red armor is like a banner, granting all troops' attack a chance of stunning the target for 1 turn.] to [Jabel, with her banner-like red armor, has a chance of reducing damage taken by 50% for all squads.]
Skill Effect:
Damage Taken Chance Down: 8%/16%/24%/32%/40%

6. We have also optimized some of the skill descriptions for Helga, Amadeus, Jabel, Saul, Howard, Gordon, Quinn, and Chenko for clarity. It's effect remain unchanged.
